Happy Valentine’s Day! I know, it’s a bit late, but that’s when we baked these wonderful loaves. I would recommend it to all bakers learning to shape the loaves, as it’s surprisingly easy to work with.
Szczęśliwego Walentego!. Wiem że to trochę późno, ale właśnie wtedy upiekłem te wspaniałe chleby. Mogę polecić go każdemu, kto uczy się formować bochenki, ciasto jest bowiem zaskakująco przystępne w obróbce.
“I want to make sourdough, Daddy!” – what could I say? We have. And then made pizza with it.
“Tato, chcę zrobić zakwas!” – co ja mogłem powiedzieć? Zrobiliśmy. A potem użyliśmy go do pizzy.

The carnival is heading towards its end. This Thursday is Fat Thursday in Poland. On this day calories don’t exist.

Every day we get some fruit at the office. When they aren’t eaten, they get thrown away while still good. I decided to fix that and took some bananas home.
Codziennie dostajemy w biurze owoce. Jeśli nie zostaną zjedzone, są wyrzucane, często wciąż dobre. Postanowiłem to naprawić i zabrałem do domu banany.
